Here's a lovely set: a pair of bronze doorknobs, doorplates, and mortise lock in the same design. Manufactured around 1885, the pretty knobs have a twofold symmetry with textured swirls and floral elements. These drum-form knobs have knurling around the edges. The patent date of 1883 is on the mortise lock's bolt. All of these pieces also have a nicely textured background. We include the working key.
Mortise lock plate: 1 1/8" by 6 1/2". Total depth 3 1/2".
Doorplates are 1 5/8" by 5 5/8".
Knob diameter: 2 1/8".
