If you're not happy with your purchase, we will refund your money. No questions asked. Your return must be shipped prepaid in the original packaging in order for us to accept it. If the error is ours, we'll pay the shipping costs. Otherwise, we do not refund shipping and handling charges, nor do we accept returns after 30 days from the original shipping date.
Every item shipped within the USA is sent Priority Mail or First Class Mail (depending on the size of the item). If you need insurance, or a quote for shipping outside of the US, you'll need to contact us and we'll work that out.
